By accessing or using the Cloudspax agency website and production services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

Cloudspax provides video content pre-production, video/audio editing, thumbnail design, script outlines, and social media distribution services as agreed upon in custom client scopes or retainers.

2. Revisions & Approvals

Project packages include defined revision rounds via Frame.io or timestamped review links. Revisions must be submitted within 7 business days of draft delivery.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, all final produced video files, mastered audio tracks, thumbnails, and short-form clip assets belong entirely to the client.

4. Governing Law
